SAFETECH currently provides secure transport services to a number of international clients that require gold bullion to be moved from remote mines to a distant onward transportation point. AIT services also include the movement of high value cash shipments for a number of banks, payroll delivery for commercial clients and the handling of other negotiable instruments.

In addition, Safetech is currently contracted for the transport of currency across international borders in Africa. All AIT services are insured through Lloyds, having exceeded its stringent procedural standards review.

The division operates a fleet of armoured and specialist escort vehicles to undertake such assignments. In addition, investment has been made in the creation of communication networks (HF and VHF radio, Satellite and cell phone) and in vehicle monitoring technology.
